Why is my Financial Aid not on my bill?
If your financial aid is not reflected on your bill, you can view your Financial Aid and Bill on the Port before calling us for assistance.
The most common reasons for your financial aid not appearing on your bill are either missing documents or not accepting the aid. These issues can be resolved online via the Port.
How to Check Your Financial Aid Online

View Your Financial Aid:
- On the Port select “Financial Aid & Student Accounts”

Click on "View my Financial Aid".
- Use the Menu button in the upper left corner to view documents and messages to see if anything is missing.
- Most forms are available and can be uploaded directly on the site. After uploading the document, please allow a couple of days for processing and then check your bill for updates.

Accept Your Financial Aid:
- If you have been awarded aid, you can accept or decline each portion of your aid using the status for each award.
- Once you have made your selections, click Submit. We will receive this information instantly.
- Allow a couple of days for us to process your documents and acceptance to update your account.
How to Check Your Bill Online

View Your Account:

Go to "View my Account".
- From here, you can view your account, generate an updated bill in real time, and make a payment.
