MPN & Entrance Counseling Loan Forms

You will need your FSA ID and password. If you don't have one from your FAFSA, you can create one at studentaid.gov.

Steps to complete the Entrance Counseling and MPN

Go to www.studentaid.gov and log on with your FSA ID & password.

This must be the student's FSA ID & password. A parent who helped complete the FAFSA cannot use their login to complete these documents.

Complete the Loan Entrance Counseling.

Select Loans and Grants dropdown menu.

Select Loan Entrance Counseling.

If you are an undergraduate student, complete the one for undergraduates. If you are a graduate student, complete the one for graduates.

Complete the Master Promissory Note.

You may need to return to studentaid.gov homepage.

Select Loans and Grants dropdown menu.

Select Master Promissory Note.
